At Hutch's, we process orders during business hours on weekdays. Please note that it takes 1 business day to process orders. After the order is processed, we will provide you with the shipping information for your order. Please ensure that you provide accurate shipping information to avoid any delivery delays.
We offer standard shipping for all orders, and delivery times may vary based on your location. We will do our best to ensure that your order arrives on time, but we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Hutch's, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and services. However, we understand that there may be instances where you may need to return an item.
We offer no refunds on any purchases. However, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving it for store credit. To be eligible for store credit, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us via email or phone, and we will provide you with further instructions. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements. If the item meets our requirements, we will issue you store credit for the purchase amount, which you can use towards future purchases on our website.
